The FBI has joined the search for a high-ranking retired US Air Force major general who once commanded a base long associated with UFO lore. The Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office is appealing to the public for help locating the 68-year-old Maj. Gen. William Neil McCasland, who has been missing for nearly two weeks.
