Rapidan Dam removal to begin in 2027, firm contracted by Blue Earth County Board says
Barr Engineering says it plans to begin removal of the Rapidan Dam west of Mankato in 2027. The engineering firm was awarded a $1.47 million contract from the Blue Earth County Board on Tuesday.
