'Ram was not Indian': PM KP Sharma Oli says Shiva, Vishwamitra and Valmiki were also Nepali
Nepal Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli reiterated his claim that Lord Ram was born in Nepal, citing Balmiki's Ramayana. Speaking at a party event, he also said places linked to Ram and Vishwamitra lie in Nepal, and criticized India for promoting what he called a "fake Ayodhya."
