Rajya Sabha approves motions for committee nominations

The Rajya Sabha has approved nominations for three important parliamentary committees. These appointments will be for a one-year term commencing May 1, 2026. Members will serve on the Committee on Public Accounts, the Committee on Public Undertakings, and the Committee on the Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
