Putin says a nuclear nation supporting an attack on Russia can be considered an aggressor

Russian President Vladimir Putin has announced changes to Russia's nuclear doctrine, stating that an attack on Russia by a non-nuclear power with the support of a nuclear power will be considered a joint attack. This follows his warning to NATO against allowing Ukraine to use Western-supplied long-range weapons for strikes on Russia.
