Net interest margin of NBFCs is expected to decline from an estimated 12.8 per cent in FY25 to 12.6 per cent in FY26 while credit costs are likely to jump from 0.8 per cent in FY24 to an estimated 1.1 per cent in FY25 and 1 per cent in FY26.
