Prime accused in Sep 19 ambush on Assam Rifles convoy in Manipur arrested, arms recovered

Manipur police arrested Khomdram Ojit Singh, the main suspect in the September 19 ambush on an Assam Rifles convoy. The attack resulted in the death of two personnel. Authorities recovered arms and ammunition based on information from Singh. Singh admitted to being a member of PLA. Raids are ongoing to apprehend other individuals involved in the ambush.
