PM Modi degree row: Delhi HC reserves verdict on DU plea against info disclosure

The Delhi High Court has reserved its judgement on Delhi University's plea against a CIC order for disclosure of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's bachelor's degree information. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta informed the court that while DU had no objection to showing the record to the court, it held the information in a fiduciary capacity.
