Plea against combining multiple lawsuits in Mathura temple-mosque dispute may be raised later: SC
The Supreme Court, favoring the Allahabad High Court's decision, suggested the plea challenging the consolidation of 15 lawsuits on the Mathura Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Idgah Masjid dispute be raised later. It also restrained courts from entertaining fresh lawsuits to reclaim religious places.
