PhonePe files for Rs 12K-crore IPO
PhonePe has confidentially filed its DRHP with SEBI for a Rs 12,000-crore IPO via OFS. With 46% UPI market share, rising revenues, narrowing losses, and RBI’s payment aggregator licence, PhonePe joins a wave of Indian startups eyeing public markets in 2025.
