Philip Morris to sell Vectura for $198 mln after health shift criticism

Philip Morris International's Vectura Fertin Pharma has announced the sale of its asthma inhaler maker Vectura Group to Molex Asia Holdings for 150 million pounds. PMI acquired Vectura in 2021 as part of its healthcare transformation plan but faced criticism. The deal includes potential deferred payments of up to 148 million pounds.
