Peter Nygard is denied bail pending his ‘weak’ appeal of Toronto sex assault convictions
“Overall, on the current record, this appeal appears weak,” Justice Lene Madsen wrote, adding that Nygard’s appeal of his 11-year sentence “is manifestly frivolous.”
