Parted ways with BJP as I don't believe in its version of Hindutva: Uddhav Thackrey

Uddhav Thackeray explained his split from BJP, citing differences in Hindutva ideology. He criticized the BJPs use of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj for votes and promised to build a temple in every Maharashtra district if his party gains power. Thackeray also commented on the BJP-RSS relationship, urging introspection from the Sangh regarding the current ‘hybrid BJP.
