Two Kashmiri locals, Parvaiz Ahmad and Bashir Ahmad Jothad, have been charged for allegedly sheltering Pakistani terrorists before the deadly Pahalgam attack on April 22, 2025. They reportedly received ₹3,000 for their assistance and failed to alert authorities despite spotting the attackers hours before the massacre that claimed 26 lives.
