On hold: Plan to bring in cross-border, individual insolvency frameworks

The government has delayed plans to introduce cross-border insolvency and an out-of-court individual delinquency mechanism. These provisions won't be part of the upcoming amendments to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC). Currently, the focus is on enhancing the corporate insolvency resolution process, with cross-border and individual frameworks to be revisited later.
