Old Home Foods, Kemps settle lawsuit over co-packing agreement
Kemps had told Old Home Foods it could not continue to make the Bloomington, Minn., company's cottage cheese and dips at its Le Mars, Iowa, facility past January, even though the contract was through May. Old Home sued in federal court, but the two settled the lawsuit.
