Noida protests: UP govt approves revised minimum wages across categories
Following violent Noida protests by factory workers demanding a wage hike, the Uttar Pradesh government approved a minimum wage increase for various worker categories. Unskilled workers will now earn Rs 13,690 monthly, semi-skilled Rs 15,059, and skilled Rs 16,868 in the Noida-Ghaziabad region.
