No relief for RJD's Lalu Yadav ahead of Bihar polls as SC directs Delhi HC to expedite hearing in land-for-jobs scam
The Supreme Court has declined to halt the trial court proceedings involving Rashtriya Janata Dal leader Lalu Yadav in the Land-for-jobs case. The Delhi High Court is instructed to accelerate the hearing. Yadav is accused of taking land in exchange for railway jobs during his tenure as railway minister.
