No custody parole for Naresh Balyan in MCOCA case: Delhi HC
Delhi High Court has denied AAP MLA Naresh Balyan custody parole to guide his wife in upcoming assembly polls, citing an ongoing investigation and witness testimonies. Balyan was arrested under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act on December 4, 2024. The court scheduled his bail hearing for January 30.
