Nitish Kumar set to take oath as Bihar CM for record 10th term, NDA partners begin lobbying for berths

Bihar's new NDA government formation process has begun with Chief Minister Nitish Kumar recommending the dissolution of the outgoing assembly. Kumar will meet the governor again to tender his resignation and submit a letter of support from NDA constituents. The swearing-in ceremony for the new CM and cabinet is scheduled for November 20th.
