Nithin Kamath credits open-source software for Zerodha’s success

Zerodha attributes its growth to the Free and Open-Source Software (FOSS) ecosystem, which underpins its entire technology stack and enables its role in Indias retail broking space. Managing ₹6 lakh crore and 15% of daily volumes, it contributes code, funding, and time to FOSS, open-sources internal tools, and supports the community globally.
