NIA moves SC challenging 17 PFI members' bail in 2022 RSS leader murder case
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has appealed to the Supreme Court against a Kerala High Court decision granting bail to 17 Popular Front of India (PFI) members implicated in the 2022 murder of RSS leader Srinivasan. NIA seeks consolidated hearing of its 17 Special Leave Petitions.
