New owner of Minneapolis’ Lumber Exchange threatens to evict wedding venue company
Space Unlimited, which bought the building for $1 in late February, claims the event center owes more than $1 million in unpaid rent. The tenant is seeking damages from the landlord for failing to maintain the historic building.
