NBCC raises Rs 1,505-crore via e-auction of Aspire Dream Valley units
State-owned NBCC successfully e-auctioned 1185 residential units in its Aspire Dream Valley project in Greater Noida West, generating approximately Rs 1505 crore. Bids exceeded reserve prices, and NBCC stated these funds will help ongoing projects and loan repayments.
