Native American mom in Minnesota earns law enforcement degree to find her missing daughter
Nevaeh Kingbird should have graduated from Bug-O-Nay-Ge-Shig School on May 29, but instead her classmates wore graduation caps marked with red handprints to symbolize a MMIR. She was 15 when she disappeared. Her mother Teddi Wind just graduated from a tribal college law enforcement program to help find her daughter.
