National Herald case: Delhi HC issued notice to Gandhis seeking info on ED plea against trial court order

The Delhi High Court has issued notices to Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi. This is in response to a plea by the Enforcement Directorate. The ED is challenging a trial court order. The trial court had refused to take cognisance of a money-laundering complaint. The matter has been listed for March 2026. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta appeared for the ED.
