National Herald Case: Delhi court refuses to take cognisance of ED chargesheet against Sonia, Rahul Gandhi
Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court on Tuesday ruled that Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi and other accused in the National Herald case are not entitled to a copy of the FIR, in proceedings arising from a fresh FIR registered by Delhi Polices Economic Offences Wing (EOW) in the case.
