NADA issues whereabouts failure notice to wrestler Vinesh Phogat, explanation sought within 2 weeks

The National Anti-Doping Agency has issued a notice to former wrestler and politician Vinesh Phogat for whereabouts failure. She must explain her unavailability for a dope test within 14 days. Vinesh, who recently joined Congress, was not present at her Sonepat residence on September 9 when a Dope Control Officer visited for testing.
