NaBFID for higher credit enhancement cap of 50%

NaBFID has asked RBI to raise exposure limit for partial credit enhancement to 50% of bond issue size, to improve credit rating of infrastructure sector bonds. They also want RBI to lower risk weight requirements to match guaranteeing entity’s exposure level. This will help corporates access bond market funds on better terms.
