Mundra port drug haul: SC dismisses bail plea of Delhi-based businessman

The Supreme Court has denied bail to Delhi businessman Harpreet Singh Talwar, implicated in the Rs 21,000 crore Mundra port drug seizure. While dismissing the plea, the court acknowledged the terror financing allegations as premature. Talwar can reapply for bail in six months. The court directed a special court to expedite the trial, listing the matter twice monthly.
