Mumbai realty registrations in 2025 reach 14 year high
Mumbai and its suburbs experienced a 14-year high in property registrations, generating Rs 13487 crore in revenue. December 2025 saw a 16% YoY increase in registrations and 11% YoY rise in stamp duty collections. The luxury segment flourished, but affordability issues impacted properties under Rs 1 crore.
