On Monday, Reliance Industries (RIL) announced the sale of its remaining 87 lakh equity shares in Asian Paints through a block deal valued at ₹1,876 crore. The shares were sold to ICICI Prudential Life Mutual Fund at an average price of ₹2,207.65 per share.
