MUDA case: Karnataka HC gives relief to CM Siddaramaiah, dismisses petition seeking transfer of probe to CBI

Karnataka High Court has dismissed a petition seeking a CBI probe into allegations against Chief Minister Siddaramaiah involving the illegal allotment of 14 MUDA sites to his wife. The court found no evidence of bias in the Lokayukta police's investigation. Siddaramaiah had previously challenged the Governor's approval for the probe, which was also dismissed.
