Mob tries to halt poppy destruction drive in Kangpokpi, Manipur

A mob armed with sticks attempted to stop a poppy destruction drive in Kangpokpi, Manipur, as part of the state's War on Drugs campaign. The operation, led by Kangpokpi District Police, CRPF, and the Executive Magistrate, targeted illegal poppy cultivation in Lhungjang Village, linked to Kuki Inpi President Ch. Ajang Khongsai.
