Minneapolis is seeking feedback once again about closing Chicago Avenue at George Floyd Square.
Many neighbors and affected business owners don’t want to close the street that intersects George Floyd Square. But the Minneapolis City Council sent city staff members back to the drawing board by backing the idea for a pedestrian mall.
