Met issues 'yellow' alert in Himachal Pradesh, predicts rain till September 21

Intermittent rains have been recorded, with Kasauli receiving the highest rainfall of 53 mm. Over 40 roads are closed, and 53 power supply schemes disrupted. The state has faced significant losses and casualties during this monsoon season.
