Mapping, demarcation of J-K wetlands to be completed by March end

The mapping and demarcation of wetlands in Jammu and Kashmir is ongoing and expected to be completed by March. The Forest Minister stated that the exercise is being conducted in collaboration with various departments using remote sensing data. District management units have been set up for the protection and preservation of these wetlands.
