Man who shot at fleeing pickup, killing woman, receives 5-year sentence
The Twin Cities man is expected to serve the first 3⅓ years in prison, balance on supervised release, after being sentenced in Hennepin County District Court. He said he shot at the pickup, after the occupants were trying to steal from him.
