Maharashtra election: Congress releases manifesto, promises 250 units of free electricity

Congress announced its election manifesto in Maharashtra. The party promised free electricity and a caste-based survey. It is in alliance with Shiv Sena (UBT) and Nationalist Congress Party (SCP). The alliance promised a caste-based census and removal of the 50 percent cap on reservations. It also vowed to provide financial aid to women and free bus rides.
