Low pressure to bring heavy rain in several West Bengal districts: Met Department

The Meteorological department has forecast heavy rainfall in several districts of West Bengal, with extremely heavy downpours expected in some sub-Himalayan areas. A low-pressure area over the Bay of Bengal will bring rain or thunderstorms to various districts over the next seven days. Coastal districts and sub-Himalayan regions are likely to experience significant rainfall until Friday.
