HDB Financial Services, the NBFC arm of HDFC Bank, is launching its Rs 12,500 crore IPO on June 25. With a price band of Rs 700 to Rs 740 per share, the three-day issue includes a Rs 2,500 crore fresh issue and a Rs 10,000 crore offer.
