Lebanese militant Georges Ibrahim Abdallah to be released after 40 years in French prison
Following a decision on appeal on July 17, Abdallah, who was convicted of complicity in the assassinations of American and Israeli diplomats in 1987, will be released from prison in southern France and deported to Beirut on July 25.
