Launch pad damaged as Russian rocket blasts off for space station, agency says
A launch pad at Russia’s Baikonur Cosmodrome space complex was damaged during Thursday’s launch of a Soyuz spacecraft carrying two Russian cosmonauts and one NASA astronaut to the International Space Station, the Russian space agency Roscosmos announced.
