Lance Pte to acquire 20% stake in AWL Agri Business from Adani Commodities

AWL Agri Business Limited is set to sell a 20% stake to its promoter Lence Pte Ltd. This transaction will make Lence Pte Ltd. a majority stakeholder with approximately 64% ownership. The deal will see Lence Pte acquire over 259 million equity shares. Adani Commodities will be completely removed from the shareholder list following this development.
