Labour ministry conducts performance review of its field offices

Labour and employment secretary Sumita Dawra Monday reviewed the performance of all field offices under the central labour commissioner to assess state-wise status of pending industrial disputes, claim cases, and the reporting of inspection cases on the Shram Suvidha Portal (SSP). The move is aimed at timely resolution of industrial disputes and expediting the process of claim settlements.
