Khalistani terrorist Arsh Dalla expected to be extradited or deported from Canada: MEA

India expects Canada to extradite or deport Khalistani separatist Arsh Dalla. Dalla was recently arrested in Canada. He is wanted in India for over 50 cases of murder, extortion, and terrorism. India has issued a Red Corner Notice against him. Dalla is also designated as a terrorist. He claimed responsibility for the murder of a Congress leader in September.
