The estate of a Bloomsburg University freshman who fell off a 75-foot cliff and died after becoming intoxicated at a fraternity “rush” party was awarded a $7.8 million verdict by a jury Wednesday. The Luzerne County jury found the Alpha Sigma Tau national sorority, whose local members hosted a rush party at its house, was 35 percent at fault in the death of 18-year-old Justin King in 2019. ...
