Shyam S Bhartia, Chairman of Jubilant Bhartia Group, has denied allegations of sexual assault made by a Bollywood actress. He has expressed willingness to cooperate with the investigation, dismissing the accusations as baseless and made with malafide intent. The ongoing investigation will uphold due process, as stated by the Bombay High Court.
