J&K elections: Pre-poll alliance with Congress to avoid hung assembly, says Omar Abdullah

The National Conference has formed a pre-poll alliance with the Congress for the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections to avoid a hung House. The National Conference will contest 51 seats, Congress 32, and CPI(M) one. Omar Abdullah emphasized that this alliance aims to prevent BJP from extending lieutenant governor's rule.
