Jharkhand: Maoists torch five trucks in Latehar, hours before 2nd phase of assembly elections

Five coal trucks were set ablaze in Jharkhand's Latehar district by suspected Maoist rebels overnight. The attack, attributed to the Jharkhand Prastuti Committee, occurred hours before the second phase of assembly elections in the state.
